We accept returns.
If your item(s) arrive in damaged or defective condition, please let us know within 30 days of delivery. We will process a replacement item(s) free of charge or process a full refund of your order including shipping costs, whichever you prefer. You will receive a prepaid shipping label to return the item. Refunds are issued within 2 business days of receiving the item back.
If you would like to return an unused item, please let us know within 30 days of delivery. We will process a return and refund the price of the item minus all shipping costs which YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR. You will receive a prepaid shipping label to return the item. As long as the condition of the item is the same as when we shipped it to you, we do not charge a restocking fee. Refunds are issued within 2 business days of receiving the item back.
